Tata Hexa launch in January, will be offered with 4 super drive modes

Tata Hexa is the latest entrant in MPV segment from Tata to replace Aria. Bookings for Hexa to start by November 1 and deliveries by January 2017. If sources are to be believed it will be priced very competitively undercutting Crysta by a huge margin and even XUV 500 by 60k.This car is the most Tata product till date. Hexa will be available in 9 variants and expected prices to start from 10.99 lacs for base XE trim and the top of line XT 4×4 MT will cost 17.49 lacs ex showroom pune and XT 4×4 AT will cost 17.44 lacs ex showroom pune and the demo cars have started to arrive at dealerships.

New Tata Hexa comes with 2.2 litre diesel varicor which does duty in Safari Storme which delivers  156hp and a whopping 400 nm of torque and will come with both manual and 6 speed AT torque converter, base trim XE will have 5 speed manual transmission.

Tata Hexa will have super drive modes offering Auto,Comfort,Dynamic and rough road to choose with depending on road condition and convenience only on MT variants.This mode will allow driver to adjust engine characteristics by altering ESP, Tata Motors announced. Hexa will have host of safety features like projectors with LED day time running lights, Captain Chairs for second row, 6 airbags, ABS, EBD, Hill Hold and Hill Descent.

It will be equipped with 10 speaker JBL music system from Harmon Kardon with touchscreen navigation, smartphone integration, sunblinds and big 19 inch alloys for better road grip and braking stability.Tata Hexa has leather upholstery, connectnext app suite, auto climate control, cruise control, 8 way adjustable seats, reverse parking cam and the list goes even long which sounds good.

Hexa will be rivaling Crysta and XUV500 and Hexa has a proper 4×4 DNA of SUV just like Land Rover terrain system and it will be a bang for the money this car would command. After a long time we can sense that Hexa can beat Crysta now given how much time Tata has taken to improve this product and throw lots of features at less price with solid build quality of Tata
